    lol!

P.S. I dont like it. Black just blunders after the bishop move.

Same. That wasn't the brightest move

Which move are you referring to? I don't see how Black can avoid mate.

    Presumably the black queen's suicide.

Of course you can hardly blame her considering what's coming despite something like a 22-point material advantage.  Tongue out

Hmmm. Nice. Does it matter if I put the bishop on f7 or e8?

Nobody else has answered this but it has to be 3.Bf7 so that the black king's escape square of g8 is covered - e8 doesn't accomplish that !

I actually got this in one ....  Laughing

Love it.  Keep forcing the moves!  These puzzles drive me crazy, but they are all a learning experience and that's what I need.  I'm addicted to them!!!

After 1. Be2, Black should not take the bait (1 ...Qxe2).  The Black Queen needs to keep covering g7 to prevent immediate checkmate.  Then Black, having a significant material advantage, just needs to be careful.  1 ...Ne4 is not too bad, threatening g5.

    O.K.

I am one of those annoying types who make "Easy" and "Yawn" comments often.

But I am here every day, it is now part my mornings - sit down with a cup of coffee and do the Chess.com puzzle. I like the routine.

And now GOOGLE wants to dump this site by the end of March (!?)

GOOGLE wants to know what you think.

    GOOGLE wants your imput.

GOOGLE has a 'FEEDBACK' button at the bottom of there page, right beside the Chess.com square.

Chess-heads, let GOOGLE know that they are being slightly retarded.

Oh sorry we are talking about different puzzles. I didn't see the other puzzle posted and assumed you were discussing the original puzzle. Tongue out
