Good puzzle. Made a mistep on the opening move (second guessing myself). From there it was smooth sailin'..

Ouch, I just got a brain cramp. Four or more moves causes severe damage here.

Very neat - After 1. Rxg7+, Black has only two options.1. ... Kh8 would lead to 2. Rxh6#, so....
Black moves 1. ... Rxg7.
White then neatly moves 2. Nf8+, clearing the diagonal for his Bishop to keep Black from escaping to g8, so 2. ... Kh8 is forced.
Now White can check with 3. Rxh6+, and Black can only weakly interpose3. ... Rh7. But the Knight is covering h7, so 4. Rxh7 is checkmate.
-----------------------
But, like some others, the initial Rxg7+ was not my first try, and I really didn't see it all through to the end until I got there, although each of the last three moves was obvious (or at least obvious enough that I didn't try anything else).
