    What's wrong with  Nf6+ Kh8 Qxg6 hxg6 Rh7# ?????

2...Rd3+!! And its mate in 3 gazillion, not in 3.

After 2...Rd3+ Iwould just capture his rook...Kxd3

    Followed by hxg6 and Rh7#....

And if he checks me further with e4+ then i would also capture this pawn and the same sequence follows.....

    3. Qxd3, so 3...e4 is not a check, is even a move quicker than 3. Kxd3.

Sure....why not...........u might wanna ask this to aman makhija

Then its not mate in 3: 2.Qxg6 Rd3+! 3.Qxd3 hxg6 4.Rh7# it just gets delayed by one move...

atleast I found out another combination...

Yeah, but you can't protest that the puzzle didn't't allow this. After all, it is NOT the fastest mate.

Very true. The puzzle wants the fastest mate, not some stupid other mate in 500.

Because white determines that the focal point of the attack is the h7 square, and attacks it until the game is over.
