    Black queen is hopin to be captured on that file so that the black king won't be able to make a move hence ending the game draw.............i hpe that helps.

    What's the whole point of move 7 as a whole? The reason that "Black is hoping White will capture" makes no sense, White would've done that on move 6 already if it didn't see the stalemate.
