Got it, but finding the fastest win is difficult in such a winning position with many different options and many different ways to go.

Interesting that the rook was employed to clinch the mate, I would have been inclined to use K(h)f6.
nf6 would work as well wouldn't it? For the third move if you move the h knight the queen would put him in checkmate.
