I can see a mate in 4 actually. 1) Qe6+ Kh8 2) Nf7+ Kg8 3) Ne5+ Kh8 4) Ng6#

Sorry scrap that.... pawn can just take Ng6..... I thought king was on g8!

I had the same idea, but then I was brought to realise that the black king wasn't obliged to go to the corner, and if it goes Kf8 instead, there are no useful checks anymore.
