glamourous puzzle, the queen is allowed to deliver mate and isn't saced like every other tactic
Now that is a good puzzle. In game conditions sometimes we miss the pin, especially in time troubles.

The key is 3 Qh6+. Pins are so cool!!

The "g7" pawn would then be pinned no more, and after Qh6+ the queen is taken by the "g7" pawn... Besides, even if it was a real mate threat, black con prolongue the resistance (the game would be over anyway) taking the bishop in "c1"...
