    !! Just spotted a problem - 1...Ra3 , then black is covering both d3 & d7.

    Just to clear up the confusion that Deltaquad's puzzle on #39 is causing, here's my best effort:-



    As always, whatever black does to obstruct mate, white finds a way around it & it's still mate in two.

    And as I stated above, while 1.Nc5 looked good for a while as an alternative, black can counter it with Ra3. I can't see any two move mate after that !

    When I see "Mate in 4" I usually break into a cold sweat, shove the pieces around for 10 minutes before cheating and looking at the solution. I got this one instantly. Cool
