What is wrong with the following?
It seemed like a good solution to me...
The rooks are no longer connected =)
lol thanks :)
This diagram or puzzle or whatever it was did not load.
1...Bg6 is the only way to meet the threat of 2. Rh3+. The purpose of the move is to shield black's king from white's g7 rook (2. Rh3+ Kg5).
I saw 4.Rh6# and played that, but it rejected me. Can't these puzzles have multiple solutions?
Why couldn't it be Rh6# also and not just Rxh7#? Someone please help me on this. I will greatly appreciate it!!! :)
two rooks can move
Rh6 is checkmate. The puzzle can only give one solution. Perhaps Rxh7 was chosen because it gains an extra pawn while checkmating.
oops, asked and answered. that was a fun one. I missed the first move my first try
nice discovery attack!
Where can they move?
what kind of person doesn't have their rooks developed at this time of the game, black diserved to get checkmated.
one...took me too long though :p
