Because the puzzle has the heading "Sidelined" this makes it a bit of a giveaway to seeing the solution. But nice lesson anyway.
My first instinct was to play 1.Rb5 but that doesn't work because of the deflection at a3. Not too obvious this one.
Very nice, with Black King at a5, White's Bishop and pawn keep him sidelined.
