I swear that I saw this exact puzzle before - rather recently. That should make it easy, but it didn't. I forgot that white had the Bishop pinning the f7 pawn, so I missed the possibility of 3.Ng6.
Since no one else comments on having seen it recently before, it must have been in chessgames.com or somewhere else.

Another queen sac, but good. I was looking at the bishop, knight, queen elements, but failed to immediately see the rook smiling on the other side of the board! Nice.
