good one easy peasy
roc can move to f6 and it would be checkmate..
First time I've seen a puzzle with a move that doesn't put the king in check.
This Was Fun! Beauty. Pawny! Thanks, chess.com
Nice set of moves !
Good practice, thanx for sharing...
nice problem... easy though
Easy. Could not solve it, but easy! Very easy!
Oh, and first!
Easy, but you couldn't solve it...ok.
ok so why wouldn't rook to f6 be mate in one?
... because the king will escape.
where would he escape to? all the other spots are guarded by pawns...
A little thinking
The ole' famous David and Goliath Checkmate; administered by a pawn on the g4 square! Thanks for the lessons!
