Why couldn't black just capture the queen with the rook?
1... Be4 is bad move by black
on same thinking as rstoledo but play it still early
how about 1... Re7 or 1... Rf8 by black
Rf8 will push white queen away and even if white plays 1... Rf8, 2.Qg6+
black can still save the match (even if it may cost rook)
1. ... Be4 is black's best response
If 1.... Rg8, then 2. Rxh6+ Kxh6, 3. Qg6#
Similarly, If 1.... Re7, then 2. Rxh6+ Kxh6, 3. Qg6#
Last page, difficult. Black blundered and white was right there to take advantage of it. Happens to me all the time. The blunder part, that is.
Does anyone else see that rook h6 on the second move for white is mate???....just me?
the king will just eat the rook. no checkmate my friend because of the light squared bishop of black
very difficult!!! super duper!! hahah
Two ways to lose...Black choose the cool Double Checkmate, instead of the suffocating Smothered Mate.
same puzz still
cool trick in the corner
got it without any mistakes
difficult. keep them coming like this.
The queen move was extraordinery.
