Bla bla bla, come on dude, start breaking free from all this brainwashing or you'll perish from being in fear ;-) - and don't bother sending a reply, I won't be reading it, you have nothing inspiring to say, you're just one of those scared little sheep who follow along without having the guts to form an alternative, individual philosophy in life.
PS: [Letter or not, who gives a damn ;-)] The only 'good' christian churches are 'Unity' and 'Science Of Mind', for they at least tell people that money is NOT the root of all evil, it's a game you play with yourself and can be an act of generosity and goodwill. The 'love' of money is the root of all evil, yeah, but not money itself, it's just green little papers, it's the intention behind a financial transaction which gives money it's character. The guy who said 'money is the root of all evil' just didn't have any, we always make things bad which we want but don't have ;-))
Last but not least, my life is neither lucky nor unlucky, simply because there is no luck, you either take advantage of opportunities or you don't, very simple. Your usage of the word 'lucky' shows that you experience no real drive and direction in life, you are like a leaf in the wind, mercilessly blown around from thoughts that come from institutions which are designed to control you. That's weakness, not spiritual strength.
If you wanna pray to your 'God', pray for some initiative about finding the truth behind things, go out and live a little, take a bus to Greenland during the weekend or book a flight to the Seychelles, then Monday sip a Cappucino while doing laundry. Lighten up, dude! All the best, and as I said, don't bother about writing another message, I paid you more attention than you can obviously handle. And, thanks for calling me crazy, it makes me immensly proud. To be considered 'normal', 'average' or 'socially adept' would be the biggest embarrassment I can think of. ;-)
None of this made any sense was irrelevant hurtful and not very helpful. And I care about the ps thing. If you keep swearing I will report you.
Talking about religion isn't allowed on chess.com. I thought this was a bit funny since it seems to contradict the poster's whole message:
Life gives you exactly what you believe in, not more and not less.
So is it bad to believe in this stuff or good since life gives you what you believe in? I'm confused. :-p
Honestly, though, stop arguing with each other. You're both just wasting your time since your minds are made. You're both just spouting BS meant to offend the other. Perhaps some of it has valid points, but mostly just nonsense that has nothing to do with the other's argument. I mean, China? Joe? Eastern Philosophy?
It was very rude of MCCSaturdayOpen for attacking someone's beliefs just for a comment like "confusion is of the devil." I'm sure his precious eastern philosophy looks down upon such, just as Christians are supposed to.
As for the whole thing about "P.S.," it makes sense if you go back and add it to a previous post.
Agree with everything except China. I believe I was using it as an example. And yes I thought it was funny he wrote so much after only one statement so I wrote back about as many words as he had sent me. Treating him how he wanted to be treated. ty.
btw I have never talked about religion in my life. I talk about Jesus.
and jesus is religous...
People who turn to Religion lose faith in themselves ;-), hell they even start worshipping dudes who lived 2000 Years ago! Life changed a lot since then, wouldn't you say so? What sense does it make to believe in a little book written by, say, maybe a bunch of jewish hippies, who apparently walked from Agpyt to the 'Promised Land' over a peroid of what, 40 years? A distance of 250 miles?? Yeah right, and then the story in the beginning of Genesis, where God made man and woman on the sixth day..then on the second page it syas, aeh, no, actually, God made Adam first, the he stuck him in the Garden of Eden, and after Adam got bored of living by himself in a botanical zoo, God decided to give him a sleeping tablet and fashion a woman for him, out of one of his own ribs...you can stuff that in your ears, boys !! Once and forever.
Grow up, live life, develop your own philosophies and beliefs, with a little common sense as to what MAKES sense and what doesn't ;-)
