Great puzzle. I solved it by chance. I simply tryed Queen take pawn (to see what will happen) and this was the right answer. Of cource one would never play this move in the real game unless they are 100% sure in the consequences.

except after 1. Qxe4, 1...NxQ isn't forced; 1...Ne5; 2.QxN Be6 3. BxB Qe7; 4. BxQ...etc.

a lot messier, but black doesn't lose "by blunder"

Alternate solution is Qh5; this forces NxQ because otherwise Qxf7#; with N out of the way in h5, then Bxf7#
