1. Kc2 works as well no? It just takes more time to checkmate.

There's a problem here.....On whites 3rd move in this puzzle, it should be Nb3 to checkmate.....am I missing somthing here?

FORGIVE THE QUESTION BUT IF ONE MOVES THE KING TO THE SAME POSITION 3 TIMES- DOESN'T THAT MAKE IT A DRAW - SO WHY WOULD THE BLACK KING  SUFFER A LOSS RATHER THAN TAKE A DRAW FOR THE GAME BY MOVING THE PAWN INSTEAD OF THE KING
