Not obvious to me - took a couple of attempts to find the first move.  Thought one of those knights had to be involved in the mate & didn't think to sac. both of them.
If it weren't for 1...Bb3+, you could capture the queen & then there are several mating possibilities.   Good puzzle !

I never thought I'd solve it, but I did on the first try.

black king had nowhere 2 go...

Stupid puzzle and who cares about being first?

Clear the diagonal for the light squared bishop to prevent escape and the file for the queen to deliver checkmate while at the same time deflecting black's queen from interposing.
