What is the point of dragging it out to three moves when it can be solved in one?
If 1. Qa8+ Bb8 2. Qb7+ then 2...Qxb7. White must play 1. Qb7+, when black's queen cannot capture white's queen.
Yes ! I was looking at Qa8 too.
gave us an easy one to make up for yesterday's torture puzzle
Nice and elegant...
good good preparation move this first one
I'm drunk and could solved it. yew
Some people seem to think white should play 1.Qa8+. With 1.Qb7+ available, 1.Qa8+? seems such an obvious blunder that I cannot imagine giving it more than a moment's consideration.
how can I forget this, it happened to me this before.
it's too easy !!!!!
Very nice pattern of mating...cool and good...
No one as yet, seems to think Qa8 should be played. Quite on the contrary in fact. Worthy of a moment's consideration.
