VERY interesting
whew! terrific
last again.
GOOD!!!
have a nice day
pass
where is the 5th of julys??
Cool.
Not bad. I agree with others that the king capture (for example) was not forced.
But I also see another alternative at move 4 which is quite cool in that neither the Queen nor the Rook can prevent check (because it would be a double check via discovery on the bishop).
4. R d7 !
the only move left to black then would be
5. .......... K e8
Which is then followed by another mate where the queen nor rook can be of an help
5. B f7 !!
But john33xyz, couldn't Black simply take the Rook, 5... Kxd7? I may be missing something, but I think your alternative gives Black an escape.
Some day I'll be able to set traps like that.

The only thing "magical" about this mate is that it wasn't forced. Black pretty much walked into it.
That's right, but the trap was very cleverly conceived. Good puzzle.
correct
never saw that coming.
easy
nice
ibiwisi,
No, at move 4 - instead of R to E5, play R to D7 instead.
Please reply.
Really good puzzle.
