Great puzzle!  Missed the key idea that on 3. Nc8 Rxc8, the black rook on c8 takes away a necessary escape square for the black king, allowing 4. Ra7+ Kb8 5. Rhb7#.

Yup. I didn't really get a few moves initially so I geussed on maybe.... 2(?). Overall, this is a great puzzle.

White has no Queen to sacrifice, that left me stumped for awhile.
