In my opinion black should play 1... NXe7 instead of 1... RXe7, it can avoid checkmate
1.Rxe7-Rxe7 2.Rxe7-Nxe7 (2...Qxe7 3.Qxg8#) 3.Qf6+-Rg7 4.Qxg7#
No it can't. 1..., Nxe7, 2.Qf6+, Rg7 forced, 3.Qxg7# or 3.Bxg7#.
