Sure, you could just follow my other tutorial on the rook and king checkmate and repeat it with the queen, or you could do it another much quicker way!
I'm sorry, but Qc7 is not checkmate.
However, all of the other ones make sense
You'll notice there were no commas between Qa7 Kc8 and Qc7#.. Look at this:

If you start with 1.Qd7, you will force the black king in direction of the h-file and white king, and doing so the mate will follow much faster.
