First impression is that 49...Qxh7 is winning for black because f5 will still be in the game.

black is completely won in the diagram position, because he can win h7 outright without giving up the bishop!

I'm pretty sure Qxd5 still wins for black. Black can lose the bishop, to promote the pawn.
