Qf1+ works just fine played first, followed by Ra8. White is in zugzwang at that point and once a move by the QR or K is played, white's position completely falls apart, losing serious material, or the king.
Moving Kb2 after Ra8 is not a solution that puts it into an endgame involving an easy h pawn advance, instead, Qf1 results in the same as above. There are so many threats on it's quite artistic :)
Yes, I tried 1...Qf1+ first.
