it should be obvious that reasonabledoubt is trolling. if K+R vs K and K+Q vs K+R are both forced, then K+Q vs K definitely is.

Incorrect. There are certain stalemate defences in the K+Q vs. K endgame that aren't applicable to the other cases you have mentioned.

but unless the 50move rule applies its a draw, regardless its polite to resign in such a position
