King, Knight, Rook versus King, Rook.

I am in a position where I have a rook, my opponent has a rook and a knight. We are now on move 98 and he refuses to accept a draw. Am I wrong to find this rather tedious, is he able to force a victory in such a situation?

You are not allowed to ask for help in a chess game going on.

My opponent needs the help. As I suspected he can only hope for a blunder in this on-going game.

You're only a few moves from being able to hit "Claim Draw" whether your opponent likes it or not, anyway.
