    It shows how sometimes there is a resource in an apparent hopeless position. I wonder if I could see this in an actual game. Likely yes if I have time, or maybe not if I am exhausted... Nice one

    1. Nd2 Kf2 2. Kxf4 Ke1 3. Nf1 Kxf1 4. Kg3 h2 5. Kxh2

    White can't stop the pawn. After 1. ... Kf2 (or whatever king move is played) 2. Nf3! is necessary; because the check on f1 isn't there anymore, white must prevent h2.

     Did you see the line I made? After 2.Kxf4?? h2! black very easily
