Oddly straightforward win in B opps ending

After 50 moves my opponent and I had reached the following position.  I had heard her telling someone outside in the hall that the position was a draw; and to tell the truth, I was inclined to agree with her.  She had just offered me a draw, and I'd declined--not honestly believing that I was really going to find anything.  Then I noticed something unusual.

Hmm... I wouldn't agree if we could classify this as an opposite bishop ending with rooks still on the board. The side with targets on colors that can be easily attacked by the combined forces of Bishop, Rook and King would also be hardpressed to defend his position as practically down a defender.

why not trade rooks then promote the king would be too far off to catch it
