If a player has a queen and the other player has a bishop, all other pawns and pieces are gone for both sides, can the queen mate against the bishop?

Don't be silly. The queen cannot mate the bishop because he's a man of the cloth.

As in the case of Queen vs. King, continue decreasing the box size to mate.Good Luck!

I love how the queen and king approach so nonchalantly, hardly slowed down at all by the presence of the bishop. K+Q vs K+B is a very classy mate.
