this is a draw....  Black just uses his king and chases down the white pawn.

I like the automatic check and pin at pawn promotion. talk about a dramatic change of tempo!

h4 first is a much better try. Still a draw, mind you, but at least a try.

1. Rxe5?? is absolutely horrible (4... Kf6=).

1. h4 should be enough to win (with some technique) but even if that's not obvious to you what should be obvious is that Rxe5?? throws away any winning chances white might have in the starting position.
