No, i think White is down too much material. Since I see no way to defnend the rookk, White will be down a rook and a piece. I think this position is worthy of resignation

Is the position lost ? Yes, without doubt. Actually, you can even take the b6 rook off the board, if my opponent has enough time on his clock, I still resign (one more piece + a4 passer = easy 0-1 at my level)
Is the position worth playing on ? It depends. If you do not know how to mate with one more queen, you might want to learn.

1-you know how to win with one more queen
2-you are sure your opponent knows that too
AND
3-you realized you lose a queen
then yes. Otherwise, no.
This second puzzle I believe is mate in 2 after the forced Kf2 then follows Qh2+ and both Ke3 and Kxf3 result in Qe2++
