The three-move-mate on f7 with Bc4 and Qf3/Qh5 x f7 is called Scholar's Mate.
You mean four-move?
Most people know about Scholars' Mate, so it's very hard to use it successfully in an actual game. Here's an opening checkmate that I've actually used in a few games before (against very low rated players of course). The good thing about this is that even if you don't get to checkmate your opponent, it's still a pretty good opening.
