I love it, i get to play fast which i do generally do,and it test how quick you can think

I like to play fast but still make mistakes.
As you say, however: you can exert with that!

I like training in Blitz. If you can think 18 turns ahead in less then 5 seconds a turn, be accurate as well as powerful, then when the time comes to normal chess you will not only have time advantage but the skill as well.
