I just wanted to take a poll on how many people play online chess at their houses compared to those who go to an internet cafe or "at work" if the case may be.

You should *never* play chess while at work. It would be an enormous distraction and you'd never get anything done.

 Only play chess at home, never use the computers at work for that.

I don't own a computer. Now I've got a job where I can get my paws on one-bonus. I study books at home, don't want to extract the urine too much :)

we all know that you quickly alt-tab when the boss swings by your desk to ask how the Gleeson accounts are going 

i play strictly at work, i would never use my own bandwidth for chess.

Besides, with a full house... i'd never make any good moves with all the distractions i have there.

 So 2 Kings and 2 Queens doesn't beat a full house.  Thanks for the tip!
