I'm with estevon and Chessbee - that's pretty fun. I always love it when chess comes into places you don't expect, like fark.com or somesuch. The author of that realized the juxtoposition of walking in a straight line and quixotical knight movement, and good on him for it. Bravo.

/why doesn't the knight just capture the cop?

What would a Chess Superhero be like - and what type of situations would he save people from? I don't reckon there would be much demand for a Chess Comic - not even if they gave away a free chess piece each week, which could build up into a complete chess set (or a free T-shirt).

I have  chess comic.  I have been posting weekly since July, but I did take all of it down before Xmas so I could redo everything.  I wasn't happy with the pacing or the lettering. It is a humor based strip but the goal is to teach new people and kids how to play the game.

You can see it here: http://www.thechesscomic.com/
