I'm not sure if i have the right position on the board, but Qd3 looks good. I don't see the point of Qc7. In general (supposing i am looking at the right position :P) i don't see any compensation for black's material decifit.

I doubt he will exchange queens. Anyway, non only the doubled pawns look very defensible in this position, but white can also play Kxd3 instead.
