What is your favourite variation of chess out of these?

Crazyhouse.  Admittedly it's about the only thing I've heard of from that list...and it's the only thing I kinda miss from my days on ICC.  It was a genuinely new game--not just like bughouse, which (though lots of fun) was more like backgammon due to the randomizing element of having a partner.  In crazyhouse the captures actually become a strategic element; and if you ever manage to reach anything near an endgame, that's when the fireworks really start!
