replied Gary Kasparov because in reality this super computer named "deep blue " produced by IBM  was unable to respond to my move . Murray Campbell one of "deep blue's " computer designers tweaked the respones of the computer in 1997 . They kept altering the computer responses to "catch up"   I suspected foul play said Kasparov and in 2012 Nate Silver revealed to the world ...........there was a bug in the software .
