Here’s a shorter solution. Could be shorter still though.
#2327 is legal. Constucting an optimal PG for will be fun, 33 moves is my best effort so far.

Yes! the other (black) units have rather simple itineraries. The hard part was to find a way to restore the white b-pawn without losing a black tempo! And to negotiate the angry white crowd left of the black rook
