    If you can get to the link (at least last time I checked) it claimed it was a wooden checkers piece from 1950s.

    You achieve the interrobang by using the html code '& # 8253 ;' but without the spaces. Then hit save & preview. Only the code will appear in your post. However, hit the edit button, and the symbol will appear in your edit box; now the post can be submitted.

    Admittedly a long process for such a small end result. Why don't they make it easier‽
