Very amusing.  If I were Pack, however, I would have claimed that examining the King for a magnet is classified as adjusting a piece, and therefore the touch-move rule does not apply.

It's the same trick, but not the same game... this game was played in Port Washington (somewhere in America) and the other game took place in Germany.
