1979?!! Most people were not even alive then!
Most people are not American. :)
The world median age is 28.4 years.
actually that's not true...the average American is like 34
Theres a whole world outside of America, you should go back to school :)
6.7 Billion people in the world
300 000 000 Americans!
Do the math.. oh wait you didnt go to school my bad
Long Live America !.......Hoo-Rah !
In 2002, the Population Reference Bureau estimated the number of human beings who ever lived to be about 106 billion. Given that only about 4.8 billion of these were alive in '79, this statement is certainly true.
300 million Americans...with the highest standard of living in the world...the average Third World citizen would have to use 34 times as many resources to be up to our standard of living...with a rising population, that is entirely impossible, and the guy who made the comment is American, and this is a US based site...
Wait -- we're weighting people based on their consumption? A third world citizen is worth 1/34th of an American?
It's OK to admit that you were wrong....
From Chess Festival, To; Populous.......Very Funny.

If Blobby posted a population study, could it lead to chess discussion?
