the knight move was dubious... a6 and the knight looks silly going back to his square, essentially you lost a tempo. white does however have a development/pawn structure advantage. This will turn into a classic positional isolated d pawn battle, white will target the d pawn and black wwill defend it and try to generate some counterplay. Ideally black wants to trade the pawn for a white pawn, while white wants to win it outright
