I played this game on FICS, against a slightly higher rated player. He blundered away a piece in the opening, but I blundered away my rook near the end. Should I have offered the draw? There was time pressure, so I did, but is there a way to convert my advantage?

at move 30...- i noticed a tactic: Be4, wining the rook.

and then you have better and more pawns, 29...-g5 does not help much after the f1 rook moves, so it comes down to the tactic.

26... Qe5 wins the exchange due to the mate threat (27 f4 Nf3+ or ... Ne2+).
