After f8=R black have to play rh4 to avioid mate on ... rh8# after playing f8=r  rh4  as utarefson said the black rock die on h4 by the move kg3. Thanks!

Excuse me! that seems i made a mistake the black rock is on e file and the king is on g file! I edited it!
