I see two possibilities:
34... Qxf2+ 35 Bxf2 Rxf2+ 36 Ke1 Rf3 followed by 37... Rxe5
36... Rxf5 37 Rxf5 Qxe6 and if 38 Rf2 Bf1 39 Qe3 Qg8 followed by capturing on c4.
At any rate, I think it was an unfortunate choice to lock your bishop in on h3 like that. You end up having to expend a lot of time and effort trying to free it (plus you miss its influence on the rest of the position in the interim).
