He was at that moment rated below me, but I think he's quite better than me. I was doing it quite well (I think) untill the end, where I was to focused on my attack and didn't stop his.
Once had had the a file 7th rank he was very strong, then he got the 7th rank. that was strong too.
So you can see how stronmg it is to control open files and to get rooks to the 7th rank.

i think a good idea would've been 18.Qd3 or 18.Qd2,preparing to bring a rook to d1 and push that d pawn,but I'm not a very good positional player so I may be wrong.Nice game:)
