I've only glanced at this quickly, but a few comments:
Win 1:
2. c3 is definitely nonstandard, though probably playable. On the chesstempo.com for around 150000 games that progess after 1. d4 d5, 2. c3 is only played for in 178 games and in those games black fairs fairly better than more standard moves like 2. c4.
I don't personally like 4. e3 because it blocks in your dark-squared bishop.
7. Qh5 might be something worth considering. With that move black either has to move his King, which takes away his ability to castle, or black has to play 7 ...g6 which you can follow up with 8. Qxe5 forking his King and rook.
12. Bxe3 is better thank what you played. Develops your bishop, and picks up a piece in comparison to what you played. Having his pawn at f2 puts a lot of pressure on you, and you could potetially have to dedicate a lot of resources to getting rid of the threat of promoting that pawn.
18 Rxf6 is probably your best move on move 18. Had black played 18 ...Kg6 you would have lost the ability to capture his knight. Taking his pawn probably should have been put off a couple of moves.
But, otherwise good game!
Hi, I'm a 900 elo player. I got some nice move with my tactics but I feel like I'm always behind and the other player is always in a better position than me. I'm not sure if it is because of my pawn, bad development or what. I would like advice about how to improve my game, and also faster checkmate. I will link 2 of my wins and 2 of my loss. And you don't have to watch all games, just 1 winning move on 1 game would help me to improve.

Ps. I know they do horrible moves, but I can't get capitalize on it sometimes. I know their development is bad but I don't know how I should place my attack to win.
