I got it!, nice and easy, too obvoius. But there is solution for black not to be checkmate  2. ...Qe7 or 2. ...Qc7,  Maybe the black didn't notice the knight move is a mistake (2. ...Nf6).

then black loses the rook, and down in position, which will make an easy win for white

how does black loose the rook if black plays 2... Qe7?
