Does anyone else have a desire to analyze standard-length games with an opponent after you are finished playing?
I have found it surprisingly uncommon for my opponents (win or lose) to want to analyze after the game, and I have found this quite frustrating. I usually say at the beginning of the game in chat that I would really like to analyze the game together after we are finished - win or lose. In almost every case, this is ignored, denied, or agreed to then retracted once the game is actually over.
I find that this is one of the best ways to learn, and I find it very beneficial to do this before I do any kind of computer analysis. So, I have a couple questions/comments.
1) Do you guys have the same experience, or do you not desire analysis after a game?
2) If anybody is near or above my rating and has a desire to play games and analyze afterwards, please do either send me a message or send a friend request. I am always up for a friendly standard-length game and conversation afterwards.
I am quite tired of people simply being smug when they win or ragequitting when they are lost. To me, the social aspect of this game is very enjoyable, and because of my location I am only able to play online (Hardly any over the board games here in Korea).
a big factor in that is time and enegy. Especially in longer games I am usually exhausted and need some time just to rev down regardless of the result.
the next day or after a bit of a rest I usually dont mind look at a game
